LOS ANGELES — The house that looks like a castle but is actually a small hotel has been in a storage room in Los Angeles for 10 years.
But the owner of the place says he is thrilled to finally get to move into it.
“I thought it would be the coolest thing in the world,” said David Tully, the owner and the founder of the boutique decor company, Art Deco Homes.
“It’s kind of like a dream come true.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m the only one who’s been here for 10 or 20 years, but it’s so much fun to get up in front of a mirror and see the workmanship and the style of the woodwork.”
Art Deco is an award-winning designer of furniture, decorative arts and home decor.
It is owned by the company behind the award-winners, the Art Decos.
They also have a large, outdoor garden.
The original home, located on a quiet residential street in Culver City, California, was built in 1925.
It has been home to a family of five since 1990.
The original home also featured a living room with a fireplace, two dining rooms and a bedroom, as well as a full kitchen.
There were no decorations on the exterior and most of the interior was bare.
“We had all of our furniture, we had all our appliances and we had a lot of stuff to keep us company,” Tully said.
“So I thought that would be cool.
And it was.
It was really, really nice.
We had a great time with it.”
Tully said he and his wife, Nancy, started the business because they wanted to make a home for their four children.
He said they had always wanted a house to look like a fortress.
“Our kids loved it,” he said.
“So we thought we would make something that could actually be shared with them.
And that was our home.”
Tyran said he built the house using a combination of reclaimed materials and old furniture, and his company’s own designs.
He said it’s not only decorative, but also the only home in the Los Angeles area that offers such a spacious living area.
The interior features an open living room, dining room and bedroom, plus a fireplace.
Tully’s home has been decorated with an array of different woodwork.
He says his original work took about 10 years to finish.
“They are so unique and beautiful,” he told ABC News.
“It was a labor of love.”
Tullys wife Nancy, who has also been a decorator for years, said the couple thought the house would be beautiful, but didn’t want to spend more money than they could afford.
“When you see something that is such an effort, it’s like, ‘What’s going on here?'” she said.
The house was on the market for $15,000, and Tully and his team paid $2,000 to $3,000 for it.
They are now looking for a buyer who can make it into their budget.
“The price is right and I have a lot to live for,” Tullys said.
Tyrans wife Nancy said the price of the house is not a reflection of the work, but a reflection on the quality of work.
“Everything is perfect,” she said, adding that it is “the most beautiful house we’ve ever had.”
The house is located on an acre in Culberts Creek.
It’s a family owned property that was originally built in the 1930s.
Tully says he has owned the house for decades and has been a fixture in the neighborhood.
“This is my place,” he explained.
“As far as the family, we have been in the business a long time,” he added.
“I’m very proud of this house.”
